This project is a book cover and poster design for an eco-fiction book.
The design of the book cover reveals the realisation that humans and nature are interconnected, encouraging us to break free from the false sense of security often found in man-made environments. This digital illustration employs a surrealistic approach.

The narrative follows 9 individuals who experience supernatural phenomena and eventually cross paths in the book, uniting to protect the Earth.
Interview
The author highlighted how people often perceive the world as revolving solely around humanity, leading to a self-centered perspective. He emphasised that meaning extends far beyond our existence.

The author also introduced the terms ‘Species loneliness’ and ‘Human separatism’, which illustrate how people distance themselves from nature.
This storyline led me to the conclusion that the book revolves around the theme of protecting nature.
I realised that we tend to forget to appreciate the benefits that nature provides. Furthermore, I recognised the ignorance of those who separate nature from humanity.
I also considered that separatism and loneliness stem not only from human ignorance but also from greed.
