PROJECT SUMMARY
The K+Q Campaign was developed to foster a shared understanding of quality (“Q”) across all levels of the plant.
Through strategic communication, visual identity design, and cross-departmental collaboration, the campaign promotes a sustainable and preventive approach to quality work that aligns with the global plant’s digital transformation.
K+Q CAmpaign posters
Based on creative lead’s opinion, I designed an abstract wave shape using BMW's signature green along with the Quality campaign's pink and purple tones. This graphic element visually reinforces the message and adds a sense of movement and energy to the poster.
Quality logo & Logo animation
This project was part of a larger initiative led by the Quality Management department, aimed at communicating core concepts across multiple projects. With future adaptability in mind, I designed a versatile base logo featuring the letter "Q" integrated with a quality triangle, allowing for easy reuse across related initiatives.
Q-Bert, the campaign mascot
As part of the K+Q campaign, I created a mascot based on the Q-bert logo. To deliver the campaign’s message in a more interactive and friendly way, the mascot was designed with a vintage feel to resonate with the target audience, primarily aged 40 and above.
K+Q Campaign promotional video
Created a campaign video to introduce the new mascot Q-bert, the Q Strategy, and its first focus area, "People," to employees. The video was showcased at the Q-Forum, presented to an audience of over 100 participants.
